He has a peony mark on his right arm and he has no scars on his body. Generally, there's always a crow following him around. In canon, sometimes Shino pings as a danger to other supernatural beings since Murasame can destroy or subdue them. But that doesn't mean he's feared, since most are okay with him and like him a lot despite that. So either way you want to play with it works. Murasame's nature seems to be a mystery, but it's considered to have god-like powers and Shino is called a demon/monster/spirit through the manga/anime due to its influence. It's not difficult to get into his head, he has no mental barriers at all. His thoughts and actions are generally honest unless he's being a tsundere. However, Murasame is tied to his soul and it keeps Shino alive. So you might get to see a huge deity-like being with the vague shape of a dragon?
